Crisp Restaurant Group is looking for a Culinary Supervisor to join our team. The Culinary Supervisor will report directly to our Culinary Director and work with Kitchen Managers and General Managers at all of our local restaurants. This is a high energy position that is responsible for ensuring our food meets our high-quality standards and our kitchens are executing efficiently, consistently and effectively. The right candidate will be passionate about food and people.
Working with Kitchen Managers and General Managers to ensure our kitchen systems, recipe standards, ordering practices and health and safety protocols are being followed.
Assisting with scheduling and manpower needs between 5 locations.
Developing and motivating culinary staff to foster a collaborate, team environment with low attrition.
Assist kitchen managers with controlling food cost and labor cost.
3 years experience working in upscale casual dining
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50lbs multiple times during a shift.
Great communication skills
Willingness and ability to learn our systems and menus
